# Introduction
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains when and how Zuss (“Zuss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may provide refunds for fees paid for access to our AI-powered creative tools and related services (the “Service”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a subscription, credit pack, or any other paid feature of the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
# 1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Zuss for:
- Paid membership plans (for example, Standard, Premium, or other paid tiers);
- Credit packs or similar usage-based units (“Credits”);
- Other digital products or services sold by Zuss through the Website or the App.
This Policy does not apply to:
- Payments made to third parties that integrate Zuss or use our APIs;
- Fees or charges imposed by app stores or payment providers that have their own refund rules.
In some countries or regions, local consumer protection laws may provide you with additional rights that prevail over this Policy. Where such laws apply, we will follow those mandatory requirements.
# 2. General Principle
10-Day Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, except where required by applicable law.
Because the Service consists of digital products, online subscriptions, and usage-based Credits that are made available immediately, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once:
- A subscription period has started, and/or
- Credits or other digital items have been delivered to your Account.
Our Service is powered by AI-driven generation processes that require substantial computational resources (GPU processing time) billed by upstream providers. These providers do not offer refunds to us. Once a generation task is processed, the costs are incurred and cannot be reversed. Therefore, refunds are not available for completed AI tasks or consumed resources.
Except as expressly permitted under this Policy, we do not provide refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods;
- Unused time within a billing cycle;
- Unused Credits or remaining balances after AI generation;
- Dissatisfaction with Service outputs, models, or creative results;
- Changes in your projects, needs, or circumstances.
By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital content delivered immediately, and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
# 3. Subscriptions
3.1 Initial Purchase
When you first subscribe to a paid membership plan:
- Access begins immediately upon successful payment.
- The fee for the current period is non-refundable, EXCEPT where a request is submitted within the 10-day Refund Request Period, the features have not been materially used, AND no AI generation tasks have been completed.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled in advance, your plan renews automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts, EXCEPT where a refund request is submitted within the Refund Request Period after renewal, and the renewed subscription has not been materially used.
3.3 Cancellation by You
You may cancel via Account settings at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access until the end of that period.
- Fees for the current period are non-refundable and not prorated.
3.4 Upgrades and Downgrades
We may charge the difference between plans. The amount already paid for the existing plan is generally not refundable.
We do not support direct downgrades during an active period. You must cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a new plan after the current period ends.
# 4. Credits and Usage-Based
4.1 Credit Packs
Credit packs are considered delivered digital goods once issued. They may be eligible for a refund ONLY if:
- The request is submitted within the Refund Request Period; AND
- The Credits have not been used, consumed, or allocated to completed AI generation tasks.
Once Credits are used, they are non-refundable.
4.2 Free/Bonus Credits
Free, promotional, or bonus credits have no monetary value and are not refundable, even if they expire unused.
# 5. Promotional Offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or limited-time discounts.
- Promotional prices are valid only for the specific period described.
- Once the promotional period ends, regular pricing will apply.
- Fees paid under promotions are not refundable, and promotions may not be extended retroactively.
Any special refund conditions explicitly presented at the time of the offer will prevail over this Policy.
# 6. Billing Errors & Legal
While our default position is that all sales are final, we may consider refunds in limited situations (evaluated case-by-case):
1. Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, we may refund the duplicate amount.
2. Unauthorized Transactions
If you notify us ASAP of unauthorized use, we may suspend the Account to investigate and potentially reverse charges.
3. Technical Failures
If the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to issues within our control, we may offer an account credit or extension.
4. Legal Requirements
We will honor mandatory statutory rights (e.g., "cooling-off" periods) where strictly required by applicable law.
# 7. How to Request
Refund requests must be submitted within the Refund Request Period (10 days).
Please include: The email address associated with your account, transaction details (date, amount), and a brief explanation.
# 8. Method and Timing
- Wherever possible, we will process refunds to the original payment method.
- In some cases, we may issue an Account credit instead of a monetary refund.
- Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If you paid through Apple App Store or Google Play, we cannot process refunds directly. You must request the refund through that app store in accordance with its policies.
# 9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback):
- We may suspend or limit access to your Account while the dispute is investigated.
- If the dispute results in a permanent reversal, we may close or restrict your Account.

# 10. Relationship with Terms
This Refund Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will control, except where this Policy grants you additional rights.
# 11. Changes to Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do:
- We will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page; and
- Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Policy become effective will constitute your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
